IIRC Ford will only replace the alternator shield once you have an issue. If you want to be proactive you have to do it on your own dime. However if your Bronco is new enough it may already have the part installed

I ordered mine with the car, they stick it on the door. Then I used dental floss to get it off and placed in the fuel door. You can lock your fob in the car with it by pressing the last two buttons on the pad. Door will not unlock by proximity of the fob

Yes! I will take a picture later this afternoon. Basically that plastic “floor” on top of the slide out tailgate is not even bolted in. You can just lift it off in seconds to access the jack and cubby
