I drove around in them for 2 days. About halfway through the first I ended up putting the lumbar lower/further back and adjust the back more upright.
I'm about the same size as you, just closer to the 240lb mark. It was hitting me exactly like you described.
Once I adjusted as above they...
It's my understanding that it shouldn't change cars. It may change rail services depending on it's destination.
If you started out on CSX, however, you should be able to track it all the way to delivery to the rail yard where it'll be trucked to the dealership.
As far as it being in OH for...
Here, I made this illustration to explain my previous post. Enjoy!

I too have a Race Red, 2 Door Badlands on the way. Did you go Lux? Also curious about your wheel/tire set up, what did you get?
Edit: Looking more closely, is that Rapid Red or Race Red?
That's Aries Automotive, they designed that for SEMA and it's not available for purchase. Don't know if they will make it available but they do have some squared off bull bars on their website, but none for the Bronco.
I, personally, really like their grill guards. Some of their Pro Series...
I'm thinking of moving one of the Badlands Badges to the interior over the "BRONCO" on the passenger side dash. Unless it's too big or looks ungainly.
I was thinking of putting the other one over the fuel door, and if the first is too big for the interior, putting it on the opposite side rear...
