My 96 FSB has pop-out cupholders in the back, so not sure why they can't engineer a solution like that.
I've only had passengers back there once so it's no big deal for me. My wife's 4Runner has them integrated into the armrest so that seems like another logical solution. Either way it won't...
Oh well, I guy can hope can't he? I will be fine with whatever is available at the end and couldn't care less about Eater Eggs. Thanks for the clarification though, I didn't see that note.
One thing I noticed is Loren mentions Easter Eggs not disclosed yet. With all the B6G folks who have shown up to these events, all Easter Eggs would’ve been discovered and posted and discussed ad nauseam.
so....maybe none of the concepts or pre-production models fully represent what will be...
 Reminds me of myself in a former life as a "Butter Bar" changing my rank from Second-Lieutenant to First, with a very powerful Sharpie.
Seriously though, I'll figure something out. Not going to change models just because I don't like the stitches on the seats. Just annoying, that's all.
Just wish the orange stitching and other accents were something more neutral. Red is always a good choice, or just simply gray, like the body color. If Ford used the Body color to match any and all accent colors, that would be best. Of course some assembly-line worker I'm sure would tell me...
Just wanted to generate interest in a competition for renders/pics of the best build, for every model. My suggestion:
Base: Best use of money on a classic design
Big Bend: ??
Black Diamond: Most Rugged All Around
Outer Banks: Cleanest looking Mall Crawler
Bad Lands: Best Outlander
Wildtrax: Most...
Yes, no more than a Bronco Sport w/lift and off-road bits. If you buy the Sport and want to beef it up, then this is a good idea what you would end up with.
But you'd stretch the limits of what the vehicle was designed to handle. For a few extra $$, why not just order the Actual Bronco and get...
I agree with most of your comments, but will point out this rig looks amazing because the wheels are smaller and it's lifted quite a bit.
My FSB ('96) rides on 15s which makes my 33s snow tires look massive. If I lifted it, the proportions would be almost perfect. Because it's a FSB, anything...
I can’t imagine either Ford or aftermarket won’t develop something like that eventually. I personally don’t mind having it on top, but totally understand the desire for a cleaner look. I’m going to purchase a winch with the control box off center. Hopefully Ford will sell the mount solution...
absolutely. Rubicon/Willys Jeep comes stock with 33s. This pic is at least 35s, with no lift. Proportions are all off. If it had a lift, then it would look much better.
I'm going auto because my wife agreed to sell her 4Runner to do this deal and she needs to drive it on ice and snow, which is a bit tricky with a manual.
If I was single and living in the lower 48-manual because you get more control over acceleration, handling, etc.
This comparo of the backside is a good example of why the Bronco "just looks better". It has that tall, Defender-like quality with a better stance. The Rubicon almost looks like it's squatting down under load-like it's filled with cement bags.
Of course the Bronco is a Squatch, so you might...
I drove a 2DR Wrangler for about 5 yrs, off and on. It's a fun vehicle performs well in stressful situations (gives confidence you can get out of said stressful situations). Always drove manuals and enjoyed the hill assist feature on the newer 2015.
Having said that, with any kind of lift, it...
Think you're right, but they're not that important to me. I'd rather spend it on other parts, or maybe more luxury items for my wife who's selling her '18 4Runner to make this happen. Happy wife, happy life;)
