He had written a post similar to the 2.3L thread that discussed methodology and had some dyno charts. You are correct that he deleted it for some unknown reason.
I tested this yesterday and I am willing to bet @Catmandu is spot on here. If you do not keep the collar up when attempting to go up into reverse it hits a hard stop. When going into crawler, you do not have to hold the collar up once you get past the left gate.
I finally received my replacement Ford Sunrider and installed it last weekend. On city roads, the noise difference is minimal. On the highway, the Sunrider is much, much louder than the hardtop front panels. If I make a phone call while on the highway, the other party can no longer hear me...

The pad is worthless crap. My iPhone 13 Pro Max fits snugly in the charging spot on the 7MT and after 5 minutes or so, the charger will simply stop working. I have to tilt the phone away from the pad for a few moments and then it will start charging again. With the 7MT, there is little chance...
