Wow. Lots of recent orders getting filled. Seems if you order the right config from the right dealer you're good to go (minus the bumpy build process). Also, seems Ford is giving some priority to newer orders.
I reserved 7/16/20. My first build date was 3/21. This is my first bump, to 4/4. I...
That sucks. Have you called to see if you have a VIN? The trackers only show appox a month out. If so, do you have PPF? I dropped it and got a VIN next scheduling. I also went from high to lux then back to high when I saw the constraint. Other then high vs lux, I have the same build. Reserved on...
I'm in the same boat as you. My original build date was 3/21. Got that from my dealer. I don't think anyone from the original 3/21 build received an email or saw anything in either tracker. I haven't.
From reading threads of other build weeks, it seems like you get the email and show up on the...
I assume there are a few 3/21 folks getting emails because they already received an email for an earlier build date. So the 3/21 email is an update (bumped).
Was hoping the chip problem would resolve by the time our builds came around. Discouraging to see people built mid- January, 2+ months ahead of us, getting their delivery dates slipped into May. All those brand new Broncos sitting under the snow on ice mountain.
My take, two events will settle Bronce pricing: when the chip shortage ends and dealers have cars again, and when they take care of the thousands of July '20 reservation holders waiting for a build.
I've seen people change color after a VIN. Some have said you can add things that don't alter the VIN before you have a build day. Not sure about this. I think you'll have an issue adding a constrained item... otherwise they'd have a lot of people removing constraints, getting a VIN, then...
Generalized: If you go with the spirit of the BL/BD - pop the drain and hose it out - MGV (and no cloth headliner). If you wanted a FE but couldn't get one, Lux with leather and headliner.
I was concerned about the quality of the MGV but after seeing it in person, it's fine.
Thanks. Encouraging. I've noticed that some people in the February build week groups are in the same situation - VIN but no email or tracker. Also a few where the tracker shows "in production" but their Bronco was delivered. So, just sitting back assuming we're on the right track and hoping chip...
There are a bunch of people who got VINs last week but didn't get an email or a tracker update. This is a cleanup week so I imagine they'll catch up from last week and fill any open gaps. Just guessing.
Can't help you with resolution but I can tell you that the exact same thing happened to me. Dealer submitted order unchanged and the roof rack didn't carry over to the 2022 order. I caught it before I got my VIN but wonder if it's an issue with the system.
Edit: also, assume they'll be some...
I think you're spot on with your first two bullets. For the third, I just hope this assumption is true!
It seems like some new orders are jumping ahead of reservation holders but maybe dealers are just getting better at coaching people on how to avoid constraints so their new orders skip the line.
3/21 as well. No email or visibility in trackers. Assume we'll all get communications / updates after this week's cleanup scheduling. Also hoping any chip delays are resolved before we all hit production.

I removed PPF and got a VIN during the next round of scheduling. No idea if it really made a difference but it was an easy item to do after delivery. Also eliminates one step in the build process. BTW -I kept towing so that didn't block scheduling.
Right there with you. Called Ford. They gave me a VIN. No email. Nothing on the reservation tracker. Order tracker still says ordering (at least I can see it now with a VIN). I'm assuming we'll get straighten out this week during cleanup.
