  1. Confirmed: Manual + Sasquatch Bronco, October Build & Price!

Quite possibly, yes. There was a reason they didn't do this initially. Some components probably had to be modified in order to make this work. Which would explain why we didn't hear anything from the beginning of July when people started asking Ford to build it this way, till last week when they...
  2. Black Diamond with sasquatch, or Badlands with 33” tire package

I guess my only question for you is do you think you need the front locking diff? If you are not planning any hard core off roading then I assume you don't need the swaybar disconnect. Save your money for other mods you can do later on down the line.
  3. Wildtrak or Badlands

Sounds like you would be better off with the Wildtrak if your mostly running sand dunes.
  4. 2 Door - rear seats folded

The problem with having the rails mounted to the frame is that the body is mounted to the frame on rubber isolator's. So there is a possibility that as the body flex's on the frame it will contact the rock rail causing similar damage to not having the rock rails on at all.
  5. Why are you choosing 2 or 4 door Bronco? Which will have better resale value?

Like both. Don't think I couldn't go wrong with either one for what I plan on doing with it, (daily driver, rock crawling and high speed desert). Planning on a 2 door because that's all I need but from what I have read the Badlands I am getting makes the price difference between two and four...
  6. Testing Testing. Ford Bronco Warthog Teased in Prototype Testing Image

I agree. They are going this way with the Raptor and I am not sure what else they could easily fit under the Bronco hood and meet EPA requirements. Electric motors make awesome torque!
  7. Spare Rear Tire Delete

The bumper is cut out for the spare.
  8. Navy Pier Interior + Cactus Gray Bronco Combination on Bronco Sport

It didn't look green to me at any time.
  9. Navy Pier Interior + Cactus Gray Bronco Combination on Bronco Sport

After seeing the paint in person this is the best of the 360* colorizer representations. Also the pics from the "Badlands Sasquatch (Cactus Grey) in Pennsylvania" thread posted on here are very good. I think in only one or two of those pics does in come out looking bluish.
  10. Navy Pier Interior + Cactus Gray Bronco Combination on Bronco Sport

This one had the navy blue interior and I wasn't for me either.
  11. Navy Pier Interior + Cactus Gray Bronco Combination on Bronco Sport

The best way I can describe it would be a dull light grey paint. I actually think the bluish look to it just comes from the reflection of the sky against it. If you are on the fence about getting this color, go to the 360* colorizer for the Bronco Sport and turn it to the passenger side view...
  12. Navy Pier Interior + Cactus Gray Bronco Combination on Bronco Sport

If you look at the pics of the hood and the passenger door panel showing the Outer Banks badge it looks light grey. Some pics of the 2021 Mustang Mach 1 look light grey which is what I noticed standing next to it in full sunlight. Both Cactus Grey and Jet fighter Grey are paint code NE which was...
  13. Navy Pier Interior + Cactus Gray Bronco Combination on Bronco Sport

Took these pics this morning at the Ford store in St George, UT. Ford rep came by to do short training session with sales staff. I know in some pics it looks light bluish but it does not look that way standing next to it.
  14. Ranger Tremor vs. Sasquatch

Not for me! I am ordering a Badlands because of the off road capabilities, (rock crawling to baja). The Tremor seems more like a mid level 4x4 more suited to baja running than rock crawling. It's something to put out there till they come out with a Ranger Raptor.
  15. More Q&A from Bronco Super Celebration West (by multiple sources)

I can't remember where but I read somewhere that it is 10mm. I asked a rep at the super celebration, he said it was 8mm. This was not a Ford engineer, it was a marketing person. Neither of these numbers sound right to me considering that the top of the 35" is one inch closer the fender than the...
  16. Anyone getting a Non-Sasquatched Badlands?

That is what I am debating right now. I think initially the BD will be sufficient for me being new to off roading. The truck will be my DD so the 33's would be better for that. Think I might hold off on the Sasquatch. That way I can see what the aftermarket does on lift kits, pick out my own...
  17. On the way to Colorado to see the 2021 Bronco!

Heading out there Thursday morning, it's only a nine hour drive from where we are at in southern Utah. Anyone else from Utah going? From what I read they are going to have a 2 door and a sport there. Hoping the 2 door is a Badlands, that's what I am ordering.
  18. Bronco Roll Bar Strength

Agreed. I too will be a novice off road driver when I get my Bronco. However we will have to pay for tearing up our trucks, engineers don't have to worry about that, so they will be more likely to drive them more aggressively I would think. I will be playing it safe on my first couple on trips out.
  19. Bronco Roll Bar Strength

From what I read about Boron steel it is 2.5 times harder that regular steel and is widely used in automotive components. I am sure that Ford has taken crash testing into account when designing the truck. I also am sure that if they did add more bracing to the test mules it was because the...
