I got this in a while ago too and same problem, no instructions. But hey a bit of thinking and no trouble once the idea clicked. Tight spaces and a few remounts to get it perfect and i agree its solid and an awesome addition for the driver side as its already a blindspot mostly. Removing the...
Thats my point it honestly doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things, especially if hes not rotating spares. Cover it, shine it, do whatever you want his worries are for nothing.
Of course thats the point of inspecting spares after a few years, they tend to be out of sight out of mind. With the broncos case theres no reason to not rotate them all together. Thats where his concerns become a non issue. Your tires life will be slightly longer and the spare will be worn just...
Do it on a time basis not mileage like you would oil, Whichever comes first. Here in south texas with more sun and jeeps you can shake a stick at, its a non issue with spare tires rotting before the saftey year expires.
Only have a few pics of mine (terrible i know) but luckily they are topless and doorless. Really need to do a beach day and get some glam shots out there on the water once the weather isnt gross overcast.
I got a set of twins at just over a year, they fit fine in the 2 door for the most part. We use the superduty for the longer trips that require more luggage but for a day trip its honestly not a hassle and saves gas. Im 6,1 and with a rear facing behind me i still have plenty of space.
They were the lighter grey with no metallic flakes. That pic is of one of the scratches no the new coat. Ill take one closer of the new coat today and show the difference
After discount tire scratched all 5 of the rings i got a paidfor powder coat of my choice. Went with carbon grey metallic to match the grill. Worked out pretty nice.
So i jumped mine the other day using my f250 and had all the same christmas lights come on. I was worried to drive at first but after slowly testing brakes and staying slow speed they slowly started to go away one after the other. My battery died due to headlight switch turning on after it was...
Its best practice and i believe stated in manual that the bronco needs to be off before doors are removed and seatbelt on before turning on. Errors come up otherwise. Ive followed this procedure every time with no issues so far. I have had braking errors from low voltage from battery dying and...
I have the same top and realized this issue too. It does look like the hole goes over whatever that other spot is supposed to be for, maybe like a dune flag mount or something? Anyways my biggest gripe with this thing is the cross bar is not long enough and sometimes barely hangs onto the...
35 km3s no spacers or lift. Few small add-ons here and there. Waiting on jcr rear window molle panel and some decals before i do a ceramic coating to try to keep the paint nice.
Tire shop scratched all 5 of my rings putting on
35 bfg km3. Got a free powdercoating of any color for that. Went with something close to the grill metallic carbon grey, looks great in the sunlight and when not covered in mud!
Just fyi for anyone with rings, either take them off yourself...
Had this happen around 3,000 miles when i was on the beach sending it on a few small jumps. Confused me at first then went away, but then i lost all use of goat modes. 4x4 and lockers worked but no swaybar disc or drive modes were selectable. My reader now gives me an error u0164 and u0401...
