Almost certain that 2-dr is a Badlands with "Squatch pkg. It has the highly perforated grill, rock rails and the upgraded bumper of the BL. Kinda wish it wasnt squashed because I want a BL with stock setup.
fricken little attempt to show the interiors. even with the plastic covers and the electronic data collection crap it would have been nice to see whatever could be seen in terms of materials, colors - especially if two-tone. Oh well.
If I came across that situation I would have taken...
getting 4-door Badlands in CG.
if ford plays games with getting roof panels in white, then will order color-matched and get them professionally wrapped in white at some point
If Ford tries shenanigans for a white top.... then it will get professionally wrapped to make it white.
I will get the vehicle paint protected within the first week. Ceramic and clear-bra.
So whatca getting? I reserved an OB (in a rush to get something booked) before careful study of the trim lines and features.
Now I know for sure that I plan to switch order to a 4-dr Badlands, 2.7-auto, High pkg, keep with stock 33's but maybe select one of the optional 17" wheels for better...
Sport.....
honestly, whatever "look" you really like, or whatever you wish to spend.
For most tech & luxury go for the Outer Banks
No need to Squash any of them, of course
Love that light interior is (almost surely) marine vinyl. With that, I think great colors to pair are Area 51, carbonized gray and silver. .... black too but I won't own another black SUV that gets hotasfuk!
I'm reserved with Kearny Mesa Ford also. Got the same message. Encouraging how responsive their web-sales Mgr has been and promising (in writing) no markup and honoring X-Plan pricing.
4-door Badlands
marine vinyl & rubberized floor interior
upgraded (steel) front & rear bumpers (wench ready)
Stability bar disconnect
Front/Rear e-Diff lockers
"unique" suspension (although unsure what makes it so - maybe the "high" without 35's)
33" tires are plenty big for me
rock sliders...
there are so many threads with interconnected topics like "marine vinyl color" that I figured may be nice to post this photo here. Found it on a random e-mag article on new BRONCO features, etc. But unlike many this had high-res photos that could be zoomed-in
Noticed this one with Badlands...
I just wish some photos would make it REALLY CLEAR how the marine vinyl seat color options appear.
I (mistakenly?) thought that light-gray, near white shown in many photos was marine vinyl.
Even the photos of dark-colored vinyl interior have poor lighting (on purpose) to obscure it.
