I agree it would be nice. But... That is the reason they put a class 2 hitch on so 3500 was max. I think it’s capable but they also don’t want to cannibalize other models in the brand.

I agree the vinyl should have a power seat washout floor option. However in saying that.. my wife will also drive it so if there were no memory buttons it might not have a large benefit to me.
