Beware: this site is reserved for dealerships only. I couldn't get the register link to work so I requested an account via another page on the site. I then tried to register again the way OP described and it worked. I had access and thought all was right until the next day. I received an email...
Pretty cool post. Ever since I started hearing about the delays in shipping I had always hoped to find a "How it's Made" style video of the auto shipping process. This comes close.
Called and Rail tracker was updated to "RMTY"
Checked the United Road Tracker (regained access using a different email) and it changed from "INACTIVE" to "PENDING PICKUP"
One step at a time. Sorry to those still in the dark on their order/build status.
I have dual tops as well. My rail car has been in Delaware since the 14th. It's slowly changing status (AVPL, GOUND ONLY, PCON, ACTUAL PLACEMENT). It just got to actual placement this morning. Before that it said it departed Delaware which had me concerned. Who knows how these trains move...
I'm not familiar with what comes with lift kits. Did you offer him $200 for 4 springs or for 1 spring? How much does the kit retail for?
And your going off the assumption that it's too good of a deal to be real and thus it must be a scam?
Was there any shady requests like did he ask for you...
My email is a name and number format and I'm not a scammer.
Could you be specific about the what happened? Just saying "Its a complete hoax. Complete garbag" doesn't help anyone.
I would guess it starts when your railcar arrives at the destination railyard. There also could be other trucking companies besides United Road that dealerships could use. The video suggests United Road is an east coast company and there may be other companies out west.
Following up: the United Road site does work, and it's doesn't help my addiction at all because it's even greater tracking detail then before. I could meet the delivery driver at the dealership when it arrives if I want. I found the post below very helpful.
My rail car is at it's final stop. Status this morning was "AVPL Edgemoor Delaware", now it's "Ground Only Port Wilmington Delaware". I think the next step is "actual placement" followed by "UNLD" (unloaded). After that you can't track via the railcar # anymore. I saw a thread to track convoy...
Seems like they sent them out in a batch. I saw another thread where people where getting their pics about 2 weeks after they were built which would track for this build week.
The backdoor link now shows my delivery window to be 3 days later. Was 12/20-26, now it's 12/23-29. Odd because if the...
8/10/2021 Reservation
9/30/2022 Order
11/28/2022 Blend
12/5/2022 Build
12/9/2022 Shipped
Just got the baby pic..
Still waiting on delivery, she's sitting in Delaware now waiting to be transported to the dealership.
Norfolk Southern tracker says AVPL Edgemoor, DE, Dec 14, 5:16 PM. It's not 5:16 PM yet so it's either wrong and should be AM, or it's forecasting when it's getting there.
I have learned that AVPL is "available for placement " I found it on the F-150 Lightning forum
I think Edgemoor is the...
This might be a dumb question, but from a microchip standpoint, how can ford build broncos with later blend dates before earlier blend dates? Are there different types of chips? Does the next box of chips come in and go directly to the floor? Do builds on chip hold have to wait for an extra box...
My Rail is TTGX 702460.
I tried to call using the info you gave me and it said it departed Illinois on Nov 3rd at 7 am so I don't know if that's right. If it northern southern make sure you choose options 2, 2, BNSF, 300182, 1. I would contact the dealer to make sure you have the correct rail...
My experience for others reference: these are updates as checked on my Android phone. I mention that because it seems which device you use (iPhone, Android, PC) may make a difference.
Blend date: 11/28, nothing happened this day. Was refreshing like no tomorrow.
11/30: No no emails or...
