looks like you may want to consider some more fabrication of skid plates to save the frame members. i guess maybe a little more recon of these trails may have been in order. some straightening, welding and maybe the application of something like a spray on bed liner might be a good idea...

while looking for slider rails, maybe you should also inquire about some sort of a skid plate addition to cover the lower trailing arm frame mount. it is obviously unprotected and if you are on the rails, they will be snags..

just place a shim, something like a piece of 2x4 between the rubber bumper and the tire and see if the noise goes away. if it does get a hole saw and cut a shim the same size as the bumper and paint it black with some spray paint and let it ride...
