they took my order for a 2021 model. being a base, and expecting full production capacity to begin in august, i remain optimistic. it is not like i am stuck at home without a ride. i was just trying to figure out when to expect mine. as it seems like there is nothing on my build which should...
thanks, good luck and i hope you get your new ride soon. i was hoping to hear someone in the last month or so getting something other than order confirmed. i was kind of hoping to get production while my car's trade in value was still higher due to the car shortage...
has anyone with a late order date on their base model heard anything about production dates? my order was placed 6/25/21 for a base 2d, 2.3, 7sp, with switches in carbon grey... any late orders with a scheduled build date would be appreciated..
if you have ever owned a rhino linings truck bed, you would know they fade in time also. they are nice and shiny for a year or so and they start to get a dry grey look to them. they are just a thick polyurethane.
when the top fades then you can get it sprayed or coated then... maybe we should...
if you go and check dealer stock on ford's website, it has has had those same vehicles listed as "in stock" for the past two week. these are projected deliveries. i am sure they will discuss the final sale prices. if a dealer is able to get sale stock the market will determine the actual retail...
those wheels would look so good in silver. i really don't understand everyone's current obsession with these dark gray or black wheels. i may have sprung for a package above the base model if there was a wheel package that looked better. these new wheels look like they are hiding curb damage...
i am pretty sure ford is already doing the torture to failure testing with the bronco off roadeo. i just doubt they are going to be releasing that data. i guess we will need to wait for one of the mechanics to get fired and spill the beans...
if i am not mistaken, the 4.27 is the standard autmatic trans gear set and the 4.46 is the manual trans ratio. with the 4.70 gear ratio reserved for the sasquatch / 35 inch tire options.
i have been using K&N for over 20 years, never had a problem. i just keep them oiled and clean them when they get dirty. being able to rinse them out just makes sense to me.
those tires are being driven hard day in day out. they are running over obstacles where power and wheel slippage is necessary.. the drivers of these cars know they are not replacing the tires, so they are driving hard, tearing the tires up. most tires are driven by the people who need to replace...
i wish i could invent a tire which can be used on cars being trashed off road every day. these are mules being driven to teach people how to do tricks. they are trying to do some serious dukes of hazzard shi... feces. if one brand of tires looked better than another chances are those tires were...
the cartridges should last as long as anything else if not longer. all the water cooled porsches have been using the same systems for 25 years now and i have never heard of a failure. with the hex fitting on the end it is simple to remove and replace. the O ring seals well and you will only need...
the plastic cannister with a replaceable element is actually pretty nice to use. usually it is simply a socket and ratchet or a crescent wrench needed for removal. a new filter element and o ring come with the replacement filter. it is also easy to inspect the elements for metal. no more cutting...
that looks like it is normal wear and tear on a vehicle which is flogged for the vast majority of it's operational time. i hope they have a tire shop nearby.
maybe i read the posts wrong, but were some suggesting cooking on the tailgate of the bronco using a fold down shelf? i hope they used heat resistant paint. i guess the next mod will be a ceramic tile backsplash? we need more tick toc videos....
with this amount of sidewall, the tire will mount up. there is a chance the tread surface may not be as flat as needed for optimum wear. so your centers may wear quicker than the shoulders. also there is potential for rubbing on your inner fender wells and suspension components because the...
