Just checked Oracle's website, where you apparently pay $38.75 per letter. $232.50 for the full Oracle set, whereas these are $120, not including taxes.
Hey all,
So my Ecarzo Bronco letters came in today. The install was pretty easy, though getting the factory letters out took a bit of patience.
I prefer the look of these over the backlit Oracle lights, and wanted to share in case anyone else was interested.

@Mabett makes one.

They're mostly identical, but Mabett's hitch does have the 4 pin holder on the left side. Taking the rear bumper off only takes ~5 minutes, so I think it's just down to whether you want that 4 pin holder or not.
Well done! I just installed the Curt wiring harness (part # 56468) and Mabett tow hitch on mine a couple days ago. I highly recommend the Curt wiring harness; aside from having to run the power under the body along with frame, it makes everything a breeze.
Just received mine this morning. One thing worth noting is that the nuts are welded onto the rear of the hitch (the side facing towards the front of the vehicle once installed), which will be nice when torquing the bolts.. but also means removal of the rear bumper is mandatory. Not the end of...
This looks awesome and definitely prefer it over the curt hitch. Just ordered along with the curt wiring harness! Will post pics of it installed in a few days 😊
This is an awesome giveaway! I really like the front skid plate, but I've never won anything before and would be happy enough with a sticker at this point 🤣
Good luck to everyone!
I only know what this means because of the recent LTT Screwdriver release, lol. Looking forward to these lights! Is there any sort of projected pricing on these? I have the cupholders which I love, so I know these lights will also be high quality.
I'm pretty sure the Oculus LEDs have a little shutter shield in them that flips up and down depending on whether you have low or high beams on. So the LEDs themselves don't turn on or off, just that shield flipping up or down. That's how they get their cutoff line at the top.
Definitely excited for this. The factory headlights are way too blue for my taste, so 5500K will definitely be an improvement. Any idea when we can get side-by-side comparisons with the factory headlights on the Bronco, including lux ratings?
Hi!
Yes, I did find a solution. In the end, instead of grabbing the signal from the front kick panel speakers, I tapped into the signal wires going into the factory subwoofer. Since my LOC required 4 speaker wire inputs, I simply created a jumper cable to fill the two empty inputs. It works...
I know, I almost feel like I've failed you, lol. I genuinely appreciate all the feedback you've given, including the exact values that can potentially be changed to remove "fake ass engine noise," I just don't want to take any chances on this vehicle. I'm at 3,900 miles on my 2.7, and I'm still...
That would've been the simplest test. But I'm super hesitant to play around with the vehicle's computer. I don't want to give Ford any reason to cancel my warranty, even if I changed a couple 1s to 0s. For all intents and purposes, aside from a fuse tap, my Bronco is bone stock.. and I'm trying...
Alrighty, bit of an update for anyone wondering:
I worked with my buddy yesterday who helped me with the install. The first thing we wanted to test was whether or not the bass we would hear when I accelerate would happen in his system. So we ran a long set of RCAs from my LOC to the sub amp in...
