  1. MGV sucks

Loving the Spartan helmet! My wife and I have done a couple of those events, a lot of fun, and it was nice to prove to myself that I was capable of more than I realized!
  2. Granger is more than legit

always good to hear about someone having a great dealer experience, with a dealer who follows through on all the promises they offered. Congrats!
  3. Easter Egg: Bronco Knoll Coordinates Inside Right Rear Tailgate Jam

is that so you know where to send it back to when it drops a valve, or a tie rod end breaks... it's the equivalent of a UPS return shipping label
  4. New GOAT emblem from Ford Performance

can you wrap it around the tie rods to strengthen them?
  5. Tie rod just snapped while turning around in driveway [Update: Replaced Under Warranty]

not challenging your point, but I am legitimately curious - how can you tell that the bend happened separately from the break? What if it bent until it couldn't bend any more, and then snapped (all in the same incident)?
  6. Tie rod just snapped while turning around in driveway [Update: Replaced Under Warranty]

man, this stinks - so sorry. While I'm glad it happened in the comfort of your own driveway, and not on the highway, school zone, or out in the boonies off-roading, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence that these tie rods can't handle something as simple as a turn in a driveway without...
  7. 2.7L V6, is it fixed?

25 years? hahaa... I give them 12-15 years max
  8. Badlands vs. Wildtrak

the disqualifier of Wildtrack for me, was the terrible digital camouflage interior. I'm not some yahoo pretending to be some tactical military bro ... I don't want camo on my seats. I went with the Badlands Sasquatch
  9. How long before you let someone else drive your Bronco?

it's just me and my wife... she will NEVER abuse a vehicle as hard as I do, so if she wants to drive it for some reason, she can.. it'd be unlikely that she'd want to - she has Lupus, and needs to be very careful about sunlight exposure, so she will likely be happy driving her Infiniti Q60 with...
  10. How long do you plan to own your new Bronco?

I hardly ever hang onto a car for more than 5 years. Once the warranty has expired and things start breaking - that seems to be about the time it's best for me to cut my losses. not to mention, I get bored with it after that long and start wanting something new. I've had one car that was...
  11. Broncos take on Rausche Creek

same camera I use - normally the 24-70 f/2.8 G is my go-to, but I also have a 70-200 f/2.8G that I use for track photos. And, I'd love to link up to shoot, but I'm all the way over in CA LOL ... you have an instagram I can follow? *EDIT - just saw your sig, duh! :)
  12. Broncos take on Rausche Creek

just have to compliment you on your photos - there was obvious attention paid to composition, lighting and timing when these photos were taken - as a photographer, I appreciate that. Nic work!
  13. Has anyone changed out the clevises on the capable bumper??

I had to go google "clevises" to see what you meant - I've seen everyone else refer to them as 'tow hooks' - you might have better luck searching for that - but here's a thread I found that might help you https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/standard-front-bumper-mods-and-accessories.23861/
  14. Good Bye Bronco!

One of the reasons I can't wait to get my Bronco and get rid of my '21 ZR2 Bison, is the seats in the Bison are way too firm - very uncomfortable for long rides, but both test drives I've done in 2 different Broncos blew me away with how comfortable the seats are. I'm not a small dude either...
  15. Central California to Yellowstone National Park & Grand Teton National Park!

Great story - love hearing how excited the kids were - that's going to result in some great memories for them as they grow up :) sounds like the Bronco was a great road trip vehicle - and as others have mentioned, having 5 people plus 300 lbs of gear inside it and still getting that kind of MPG...
  16. Amazingly great one-year Bronco ownership review by TFL

I am not usually a fan of these YouTubers - but I do appreciate the lack of forced drama like the pickens family (and some others) always has .. I like the feedback and insight he shares - and while the drive was pretty tame - it's the kind of drive I enjoy most - something relatively mellow...
  17. VELOCITY BLUE Bronco Club

holy cow - that is perfect. my badsquatch should be getting built this week (also VB), and I've been thinking about getting an OBX grille for it, and your pics seal the deal for me .. that glossy black grille looks fantastic, and I prefer the style of the OBX better than the Badlands grille...
  18. The Flying Saucer Badlands Build

nice job - it looks great!
  19. This is a terrible idea.

no. I wouldn't put those on an Isuzu
