Proof thats not as true as you might think. Its mostly f150 under the Bronco R.
The folks that built it for ford even said that ford dropped off an f150 chassis and said get to work.
To be clear, I hate them too. I like having somewhere to rest my hand while driving. Thankfully the new f150 is keeping the lever, and now its confirmed in the bronco, so I'm excited for that.
HAHAHA! look at all of you with your high society "low mileage" vehicles. Try a 99 ford expedition (eddie bauer *borat voice, *very nice*), with 320k miles! still runs good, but the trans is starting to shudder now and then, and the throttle position sensor appears to be going. Its been a great...
For those that don't know how good whataburger is. We are going on a trip this fall to florida. There is a whataburger about 70 miles out of the way we are taking.... I added 140 miles to the trip....
Oh man, I wish we had whataburger in michigan. They did get purchased by a company based out of chicago though. Allegedly there is intentions of going nationwide. Breakfast and burgers from there everyday.... I'd get so fat.
While I appreciate the hyper analysis, foil hat, conspiracy theory skillset. You are wrong lol. Im sure this particular mule will be around for a while, testing and tuning. Dont read into it too much.
Recently drove a 2.7 eco in a crew cab f150 4x4. Holy crap, what a peppy little engine. Power delivery is smooth too. Seems like a good set up with the 10 speed.
I'll make it as plain as possible. This mule is testing particular components. Nothing more. Nothing less. *from what i know and have been told* Its not full size bronco. But if all goes as planned. Its going to be the stepping stone to one beast of a vehicle.
Lol I WISH! But I am willing to bet, somebody has floated the idea. It was never a sales volume king. I wish the expedition could pull more though. The inside of the new ones gives you that same roomy feel the excursion did.
Its narrow enough for good leg room, wide enough for storage and cup holders. Ford loves nifty storage solutions. Go look at the 2020 super duty console for example. You will see. Its going to be a very comfortable daily driver, that you can take just about anywhere.
