My guess is because Everglades is geared towards wet/water fording. The 2.7 alternator is mounted RIDICULOUSLY low. I removed my front skid plate to find it a couple of inches away and covered in muddy/sandy film. It is about the same level as the tow hooks. I don’t expect it to last long.

On a side note F150 Raptors just went up by $3-$3.5k.. those sneaky.. A F150 Raptor with the high package, moonroof, 2kw power ( no carbon, 37s, extra stickers) was $75k.
