Picked up my bd 11/2 finally mic 2.7 steelies. Parked by a fellow employee's Jeep Wrangler 4 dr Limited. She left a rubber duck on my door handle that said nice Jeep and you've been ducked. Didn't know this but this is a Jeep community thing to place ducks on rigs. No smart phone (I'm a...
Mine was build date 8/3 shipped 9/28 eta 10/25-10/31. eta changed 10/28 to 10/29-11/4. Rail to Spokane, Wa then truck to Idaho. This is more agonizing than waiting for vin and build.
The air filter should get dirty in dirty conditions. Then conditions and the quality of the filter determine the replacement timeframe. A dirty filter is not cause for concern unless dirt is getting through it or it is plugged. This one appears to be doing it's job.
Mine is a dm bronco. Shipped 9/28 eta 10/25-10/31. Eta changed yesterday to 10/29-11/04. Shipping rail to Spokane and then south to western Idaho. Railroad must have lost it and then found again. Dealer tells me that rail tracking has been a mess as they have had orders show up a week early to a...
How wide spread is the valve problem really. Yes it sucks if it happens to you and I won't be happy if it happens when mine arrives (on the train). Are we talking 10 out of a 100 or 100 out of 10,000 engines. Exclusive to Broncos or any nano 2.7? I'm sure Ford is working to id the problem and...
Without seeing it, it could be something as simple as loosing a clamp and twisting the hose to a new position and not needing to zip tie though that would be good insurance. Also, don't necessarily blame Ford for poor service from the wrecker companies.
I went with a small dealer that only had 6 allocations. They haven't received any Broncos yet. Mine will be their first. It is on the train. I thought it would be to my advantage not to be a small fish in a big pond. This is working for me. 7th hour res, ordered 3/12/21. No, mine is not a...
Yeah, I saw that later. There was a tweet by Mike Levine that said order and when price protection and availability was first brought up this spring you had to have had an order placed. I guess the current info from Ford would be the most accurate.
I understand your angst. DM tracker showed that the final break for Oct replacement was 8/2 build, mine being 8/3 I was November. I just wonder if a lot of people on this forum are not updating or I'm just lucky. Maybe things are finally going better than projected.
Can't hardly believe it but got email from Ford today. My 8/3 blend bd that last email said would receive top in November with no shipping est. Today's email said built 9/25 and should arrive by 11/1. Maybe they really are working 7 days a week and things are going faster than estimated...
What is your build, res, build date. Your vin is 120 before mine. 4dr bd 7/14 res 8/03 blend. Makes me hopeful. Haven't been able to access my email yet.
The stripes are great, may consider this for my vb bd but only my opinion, but for best retro Bronco emblem should be chrome and flares should be white like most gen1 were in my area. Even with what I would change though, this is one of the most tasteful and great looking changes I have seen.
The bottom date changed several times after the blend date, sometimes backwards. Then it went for quite a while with no changes then every 5-7 days. Now it has changed three times in the last in the last 4 days. ??????????
What your wife and yourself are experiencing makes all of this Bronco stuff absolutely trivial, (and it truly is). My and my families wishes and prayers go out to you and hope for a positive outcome. I wish there was a way we could get your Bronco pushed ahead.
