I might be crazy here but I want to do the dual roof package as long as it includes the modular hard top. I’m thinking hard top in the winter fall and early spring and soft top in late spring and summer. I don’t always have a second person around to help remove the rear roof section so random...
My everyday f150 is lifted/leveled 2in on the front and 1.5 in on the rear with 34s and I’ve driven it many times on 7+ hr round trip drives with my son for college hockey games. I’ve got to believe if the f150 with ifs and a 2.7 eb can be comfortable and smooth the I don’t see the bronco not...
I’ve been concerned about the same thing as child seats are pretty bulky but 2 yr old is now forward facing which helps and my 7 year old is in a booster so he will have plenty of room. I know it’s gonna be smaller than my f150 but we usually use the wife’s car when it’s all of us. She’s got a...
I saw a video the other day that said you have to purchase the actual bead lock rings separately as an accessory as the are for off road use only. I don’t know the consequences for getting caught on the street with them and I would imagine it will vary from state to state. Also one of the videos...
I have 34x10.5x17 bfg ko2 on my f150 and I love them, not very noisy just sounds like driving on wet pavement. I though about swapping out the mt’s on the bronco for some bfg ko2’s but at $271.96 plus tax and shipping I guess I’ll have to deal with the mt’s for a bit
The most off roading I do is during deer season and there are some pretty sketchy dirt mountain roads I drive on in central pa And hopefully the bronco will handle them better than my F150. Also I don’t like getting stuck in snow
Thought I read somewhere on here that ford said the are going to build reservations first then dealer stock units. If that’s true I would imagine it’s planned that way so we can be free advertising for ford
So that article mentions ford mortgaging assets and selling Volvo. But it didn’t mention the had also sold Land Rover , Jaguar, Aston Martin, and it’s shares of Mazda
I can fit my wife’s expedition and my F150( lifted 2 in with 34in tires) I’m my garage although not at the same time anymore due to added storage but if I can fit either then the bronco shouldn’t be a problem for me
My f150 only has vents under the seats. My kids never have problems in the back. Just gotta make sure the system is on dash and floor or the air flow Wont be ideal. We will have to wait and see what the final product is
Hey ford senior master tech here. It’s my understanding that it If it’s a Ford factory warranty, like bumper to bumper(3/36), power train, and emissions then it must be honored by all dealerships. If you encounter a dealership that says they can’t accept it then you should call ford customer...
I have a 2.7 in my f150 and i haven’t had any problems. I do have an explorer with a 2.3 I’m working on in the shop that needs an engine but it’s hard to pinpoint if it’s from how it’s being driven or component fault. Either way it was covered under warranty. But I’ll be sticking with a 2.7...
