I'm going to guess that without a lot of miles of rough testing they are unwilling to put a as of yet unproven trans where it could fail.
As the 7 speed gains reputation hopefully it will go in all applications
Yea I kinda laughed at that too.....maybe just used stuff with retirement around the bend
Have a old XC race quad that's sitting in the corner I just haven't gave away yet , might just slap paddles on and only ride sand with it
Put in for a 4dr BD , will be getting the 2.7 and the Sasquatch option
It hits a balance of offroad and on...GF will put more miles on than I will so Area51 is her choice
Looks like it will pull the SxS down the highway fine and it will do the hard offloading
Can't wait to head out west
60 and this will be the last new one
2.7 BD with the Sasquatch package
No hardcore wheeling planned just lots of travel and pulling a SxS to far off places
My new best friend , kids want to ride it around for fun but I keep it loaded with tools
Honda p1000
If Ford can match this things " I fwd " a lot of folks are gonna be happy
My thought is anyone even looking at the Bronco has somewhat of an eye towards both
Mine will be driven daily , towed with occasionally , and maybe even flat towed with a SxS on a trailer behind it
I've seen them guys out west play grounds , it's time to join the party
08 edge with right at 200,000 , took five hours and 140.00 dollars worth of parts to change both the speed sensor and the other one right there
Hardest part is fishing the wire thru ....but well worth the time and has rolled another bunch of miles since
That's the "good" car my 01 focus just...
2.7 in a 4 dr. for tow ratings and the ten speed automatic
Need to see the gear ratios combined with tire size and rear gear
A buddy has a 7.3 gas in a 250 that gets better mileage in 8th than 10th
The 2.3 in a 2dr.with a manual would be some fun tho
