  1. Mileage leader: turned 250,000 miles a couple weeks ago. 2022 Bronco Wildtrak w/Hoss 3.0

Yes broken fdu bolt just happened to me! WTF?? And right side cv. So not sure if bolt broke first then diff moved out of alignment and cv bound up or cv bound up and all the xtra torque snapped the bolt? At any rate upgrading to the ultimate Dana 44 fdu with 32 spline half shafts.
  2. 2025 Bronco Badlands - FORScan Tire Circumference Causing Configuration DTCs?

After you change values you gotta do an ABS initialization. Then clear all codes. That should solve it. ABS system has to recalibrate to the new tyre size. That’s what’s throwing the codes.
  3. Turn Offroad Portals

Oh crap. You did break the 32 spline CV. Not what I want to hear but sounds like a very specific case. Did you have to buy a new set or is it rebuildable somehow? Don’t think you can buy just one side at a time. Or did they warranty it?

  6. Bumper Swap Calibration?

If the parking sensors are not damaged it is just a strait swap. How they perform in the new bumper is entirely up to how it is designed and the angle the sensors are at as it will be different between all after market bumpers. I did the turn Offroad acc relocation on mine and so far so good. No...

  8. danaproparts.com legit?

Is danaproparts.com legit? It looks to be but the shop I'm dealing with said it may not be an authorized dealer. Anyone order from them? Are they really an arm of Dana or just some wanna be ripoff using the name? I am looking at upgrading to the ultimate dana 44 with 32 spline half shafts and...

I am upgrading my FDU to the ultimate Dana 44 with Spicer Extreme half shafts. I do currently have the M210 FDU with @TeocaliMG diff drop. Question is, what diff drop bracket do I need? Am I OK with the M210 bracket or do I need the M190 bracket? Who has this upgraded FDU with this diff drop...
  10. Rear Axle Alignment? Cupping

I do have a track bar relocation bracket with the rock jock pan hard bar. It sits almost flat horizontal. Truck only has 18,000 miles on it so hopefully not needing a rear diff rebuild. Yeah, I was thinking it was probably due to the side to side motion in the rear and I am going to take it in...
  11. Rear Axle Alignment? Cupping

Sooooo, I now have close to 9000 miles on my suspension since I did it. King coil overs with rock jock links upper and lower in the rear and rock jock adjustable pan hard bar. Way more flex than stock. I will tell you that. The one thing I noticed when it was first done and I got the truck back...

What size tyres you running’? I’m on 37’s with 4.70 and do a lot of highway driving. Run about 2100 rpm at 75. Curious to know how many rpm I’d be at with 5.38.

  18. Re: Sway bar links on lifted Bronco

They should be and they are adjustable in length. You would need the adapter for the lower arm. If you fish around on their website you can also get all different lengths of threaded rod so essentially you can make these any length you want. Same for the rears. They also sell all parts separately.
