  6. Jeebus, tires are expensive.

    Tires in general have gone up across the board. I bought Toyo MT's 37x12.5r17 for my prerunner 3 years ago for around $350 a tire. Now they are anywhere from $425-475 per tire. 35's are $400 a tire now.. SMH

    I run my truck on beadlocks on the street at 28psi. I don't daily the truck, so I don't mind the lower MPG when I do drive it. I believe the beadlock wheel manufacturers have to include the " don't go over 25psi" statement for liability purposes. They are designed to hold the bead at really...

    Beadlocks are intended for extreme low psi, great for extreme rock crawling in single digit psi as mentioned. Functional wise, there is absolutely no other reason to run them. Still your preference in the end, regardless. I run beadlocks on my prerunner, doing mainly open desert high speed...
