Hardtop came off this weekend, for a cruise to the beach with the fam.
Installed the Kuat pivot 2.0 swingout hitch extension, for the ebikes to clear the spare tire.
Also installed a color matched Ford emblem for an extra 3hp.
1.5 years later, we finally took delivery of the Wifey's rig. If anyone wants to choose a delivery dealership in SoCal, I highly recommend Norm Reeves Cerritos Ford. Super smooth process, no BS whatsoever, MSRP price done!
So the game plan is to try to control myself with this...
I have a SAS and will be putting a 1.25 perch collar up front to level it out.
This will be the setup until King or Fox coilovers become available again.
I've had my eye on this bumper as well.
Really like how streamline it is, and how it flows well with the truck.
I did notice that your bumper doesn't sit as high and tight compared to the truck on the JCR website. Do you happen to know if there was any more adjustment when mounting it?
thanks
The paint doesn't match...but you can't really expect it to either. That's the tough part with going this route. Won't ever match unless sprayed at the same time as the rest of the rig. I guess it just depends on how picky you are as well.
Socal here.
CSX hotline said my rail car has been "constructively placed" in Mira Loma, CA, as of 1:27am this morning. From what I read, this means the rail car is arrived and awaiting to be off loaded. I also read that it will update the status again when the rail car is unloaded, then again...
