Basically a section the size of the rack mount footprint would need to be cut out of the plastic. We are going to try to get some photos outlining the process.

Here is a good shot from the front. With this setup you get over 15,000 Lumens in an innovative design that does not raise the factory roofline and does not create excessive wind noise like many of the other options out there. Its a win-win-win!

So you can cut away the housing to make space for the foot of the rack to still mount to the existing accessory threaded studs. It does take some cutting and modification but it is possible to do.

After about 50 attempts I think we have the color dialed in pretty good now :) This color is tough, many Bronco hard top colors don't even match each other when you look at them closely.
