Appreciate the feedback but your calculations are off and YES this was "contemplated" and evaluated during R&D which we are way past including months of on-road testing. As mentioned before this has been extensively tested (at up to triple digit speeds). Drag is not an issue.
Ok, one last question. Is there a desire for the amber to flash with the turn signal?
Example: White is in as Daytime Running light and then when Turn Signal is activated it blinks amber.

Yes, we designed a new baseplate that will correct this. Because this requires a mold it will take a while to produce but we provide to you (and anyone else with this issue) at no charge. (y)
1) Yes, we are looking into this. Our original design was selectable white/amber but it added an installation step so we eliminated it to make installation easier. We can likely switch back to that original version if there is interest in this. Anyone else?
