Has anybody else noticed that this issue happens after doing the auto roll down of the windows (double clicking the unlock bottom twice, holding it down the second time)?

I’ve had the same issue issue in several windows and now recently today, again with the rear passenger, which I previously had Ford “fix” by replacing the window motor. I’m actually concerned about the long-term reliability of the frameless windows, I hope they can resolve this permanently

Hey thanks for the quick reply and pics! I also contacted @Bestop_Team today and here is what they instructed me to do: “The spacers need to be removed in favor of thin washers that have the same 8mm inner Diameter. This will let the Sunrider sit properly in the rear.” I’ll give it a try this...

Ahh gotcha, so I’m typically putting my dog in the rear cargo space when we go out, and with the full soft top, that would be a problem without gotcha, thanks for clarifying! I typically put my dog in the rear cargo area and that could be a problem with the full soft top.

I was thinking the same but his comment about losing some of the space in the rear cargo area when you go with the full soft top was concerning. Did I read that right? It’s a great point and question- why not just go fill soft top ?

How hard would you say the install was (for an average person!) and about how long?

It’s coming from the roof, it’s hard to see in the pic but it’s as if it’s fraying like a rug!
