If it is still anything like last year, the Everglades models seemed to disappear/stand still for ~2 weeks ahead of shipping. The thought was that it had something to do with getting into the shipment line after being at the mod shop.

There certainly can’t be many out there. Everything I have seen has stated the take rate was pretty low. I’d be really interested in seeing an actual number now.

I also managed to get 20mpg on the way there and 20.7mpg on the way back. The first 40 miles of the way back must’ve had a tail wind because the dash was telling me ~23mpg for a while.

Finally got a chance to get down to the beach. The Bronco handles better in the sand than both of my last two vehicles. I could never run them as fast as I ran the Bronco today through ruts and wind blown sand.

It looks really nice and super sturdy but I wanted to be able to put the doors in the back if I needed to.

Has anyone installed hood struts yet? I said I was going to but I haven’t even gotten around to ordering them yet! December was wildly busy and thus far January has followed suit… Glad that at least one trip in February is within driving distance so that the Broncosaurus doesn’t have to keep...

@217920 I got too busy with the holidays that I haven’t had a chance to even order them to see. I did take some pictures of our engine bay and it looks possible on the IAG ones.

Second for the flashlight trick- I have a similar noise issue (except rear passenger side) and we found a ~2 inch portion of the rear MIC top where there is a light gap. When the dealers’s service department looked at it in a little more detail, the entire rear portion didn’t seem square… entire...

Also the plastic pieces are surprisingly flimsy…

I moved the plate to the front after I took delivery… Do we think there is an ideal orientation for day-to-day driving?

I was just poking around under the hood to look at hood strut compatibility. Not sure about how the intake changed but it is pretty different inside the engine compartment.

I can ask next week and I’ll update the post.

Co-worker got it on Etsy as a secret Santa gift. Not sure of the shop.
