Haven't really looked under the hood, and wanted to know if cold air intakes for non-snorkel 2.3's are compatible with the Everglades?

I was just poking around under the hood to look at hood strut compatibility. Not sure about how the intake changed but it is pretty different inside the engine compartment.

The snorkel feeds into the air box, so you'd probably have to do something custom since nothing I've seen has the inlet for a snorkel. You could always drop a K&N style filter in the box if you wanted, but not sure you'd gain anything. Good news is that the snorkel is already feeding cold air into the intake since it's pulling the air from around the roof area instead of the warm engine compartment!

Only thing I've seen that we can do is what drew said, buy a K&N filter and drop it in.
