Negative... Our Wildtrak didn't come with the bolted crash bars, just the bases to which they attach. We cut as much of the front body-mount bracket as was needed to cycle our 37s on the factory wheels, then plated and welded it. These bars serve a purpose - the front's proximity to the crumple...
Absolutely... It's everything else they won't work with.
When we started this build, we listened to those that had already built as this was not our native platform - we were told ADV Fiberglass with liners and 0 offset to fit 37x12.5s. We ordered it, mounted it and threw on some 17x9 KMC Tank...
1. Don't have one at this time. We don't start costing until everything's been signed off; that said, we're not far from this.
2. Once everything is signed off and costed, we start pre-order as we roll to production so we can provide those that order with a timeline. This comes shortly after...
We've only tested on the Kings at this time. Most bolt-in coilovers aren't going to deviate far from factory travel given the limitations of other front end components, steering being one of them. Assuming it's utilizing the factory track width with similar travel to the King - all should be Kosher.
Unfortunately, we won't - there's a significant time and R&D investment into our development; we do this to sell shocks. This, and we're not tooled up to be a shock service facility. This would take a TON of time to break down 4 coilovers, convert hoses and valving, then reassemble.
Currently...
We're using a King spec length up front but not an OEM King shock. When we ordered these, they came with the frame mounts that threw the res into the bumper; we modified it and blueprinted this under our King PN. It has our pistons, shock valving, and reservoir hose/res configuration.
I suppose...
We focus on R&D. Running the sales and distribution for this company for the past 11 years has been amazing BUT, there's a constant pursuit of perfection that would drive a salesman nuts. I have MANY times, taken pictures and put things out in the web-world way too early and we're trying not to...
