Honestly, the modifications to the Kings address issues with the factory tie-rods as not everyone will run our steering. We've not experienced any of our test subjects having any issue with the CV.
It was an interesting one, for sure. I was in Maui - more specifically, Lahaina the day before the fire started. I have pictures of my kids on the fence lining the boardwalk; pretty nuts. Mostly good until the end; fires caused chaos on the island but we're fortunate to have been minimally...
I'm going on vacation and will be back the 14th - that's the date i get to lock my office door and start making all the bronco pages on the website! This will include pricing and, i hope, estimated ship dates for all products.
We have some parts in stock, others a couple months our. There is...
That's exactly what we do - the platform guides us, not the existing products we offer for other models. As we wheel this and break things, we'll be offering more solutions. :-)
Most all our parts are now in produciton and sitting in operations awaiting costing for production. As prices are...
I made the mistake of letting my operations Dept. set everything up instead of Brandon (@x250f23x). Now it's going to bug the hell out of me until i redo it. It's cool, only took me like 1.5 days to set it up, shoot it, and edit it.
The Crow's foot is included - i want to say it laser-cut from...
This is a grey area... By our definition, no - they won't clear stock fenders; they won't even clear ADV fenders without a bit of work. We did a bunch of reading when we configured this build and talked to Both ADV and Fuel Off-Road, both recommended the same, ADV Fenders and 0 offset on a 9"...
We're not huge fans of the EClik universal kit as our EVenture systems tap into far more than just the IMU to make adjustments. On the Ram HD/Super Duty offerings, we plug into the OBDII port to pull speed, brake pressure, throttle position and steering angle to make anticipatory changes...
Yeah, that's actually the reason we built the bumpers. We worked with another manufacturer first and their bumper blocked the front camera with the winch. We decided to do it our way and integate the lighting we wanted and a Warn Zeon10S in a position that minimally intruded on the front camera...
I have a few prices - more to come as we get everything wrapped up.
Rear Track Bar will be $495.00
Rear Control Arm Kit, Upper and Lower $1,799.00
Rear Shock Lower Skid $150.00
Working on the Sway Bar, Steering, Rock Sliders, Kings, Upper Control Arms, Front and Rear Bumpers still!
We have control arms on the machine getting prepped to go off to anodizing, I have a pallet of shock skids, a pallet of rear track bars and a pallet of rear control arms powder coated and ready to go! When i say we're close, I mean it.
For the first time ever, we're going to release and SHIP...
Yeah... Sway bar disconnects are cool! We ordered a Wildtrak (because we're desert people) thinking it was the top trim. We did not know it didn't come with the sway bar disconnect like the first edition we missed out on by a day when ordering, to the Badlands which shared the "top trim" tier...
We're finishing a bunch of our products now. Our upper Control arms are Billet - we'll be teasing those soon. Rear control arms, we went fabricated as we wanted to run internal structure to ensure they're the strongest possible option given the likelihood they'll be dragged over rocks or...
It seemed the early offerings addressed the outer tie-rod only - most seemed to be popping inner tie-rods. We, of course, were most concerned with correcting the problem at the rack then put our best foot forward on the outer, as well. Appreciate your comments and we're excited to show this off...
We tune in house. We hit local street and dirt and revalve until we're happy. Then, we take the Mojave trail. 150 miles of washes, open desert, dunes, water crossings and whoop sections to ensure we're happy with it - tweak and repeat.
Once we sign off, it's a "Carli SPEC" King Shock.
Appreciate you saying this. Not many know us in this world yet but we'll make our name. We're not nice to our R&D vehicles to ensure you're all getting the best products possible.
We just got back from and out and back on the Mojave trail and Sage (Carli) was chasing me the whole way trying to...
Yes, we ran it this way before we swapped on the 37s and beadlock rings.
We've not tested alternate ride heights - I will need to get with King on our coilover spec and see what the springs are capable of achieving in either direction.
We're posting the Wildtrack here but also have a First...
