Yeah, to keep the spacing from the top of the slot to the center ring they did have to enlarge the height of the slot 1" for 17's, which made the oval larger. Not sure I would like another inch of center and it would add some (minimal) weight.

Did you have to drill the tunnel for the radio bracket bolt or use one that was there? Do you recall how thick the nylon washer was?

I too am having issues getting it up into place..

They look a lot like the Ansen Sprints which hade wide slots. The deep dish seemed liked they had smaller slots but that may be because of the offset.
