No there's no rumble in the exhaust. It's 100% piped in noise. Aftermarket tuners for years have been trying to improve the sound of turbo 4-cylinder engines as they inherently don't sound good and certainly don't have rumble unless it's say a Subaru flat 4 with unequal length headers.

2025 2.3L have an issue with cold start misfire CEL. I got the code in December but it cleared itself and according to the dealer it’s a known software issue that they expect to have a fix in Q2 2026. Not clear if it’s a similar issue with 2.7L or a completely different issue.

It’s just piped in noise through the speakers. It sounds a little artificial to me but not terrible compared to Honda or VW’s I’ve owned recently. I can comment if it’s an improvement over 2024 and older years with the older 2.3L engine.

I don't think body flex is the issue as the cracks can be seen on new Broncos. I saw last week in the FB community a post showing hard top cracks on a new Bronco with 250 miles. I believe it's a manufacturing issue.

With 93 octane I get between 17.5 - 18.5 with my 2 Door badlands depending on how much time I spend on freeways vs short driving.
