It's proven now! I just got back from 1,000 miles over 4-days through every type of terrain Baja has to offer. I drove this thing to it's limit... Mud/ruts, sand, Forrest/Mountains, desert, etc.
After the trip, the only casualty was the driver's side factory CV axle. I'll be posting more on our...
Shipping this week or next! Stupidest problem, to date... We have everything here but our powder coater marked our threaded holes with what looks like play-doh. The good news, there's no PC in the threads - bad news... we have to retap them all anyway to get the masking out.
Today is the big day! Our Custom Kings showed up. The first round of preorders is heading out the door.
Upper Control Arms, Kings, Rear Control Arms, Rear Track Bars, Rear Control Arm Skids and Rear Shock Mount Skids are all shipping.
We're still in production and about 2-4 weeks on the...
We designed it all to work together so i would say it won't be optimized unless you run it all but, the Shock Package and UCA are really the minimum we recommend. Should be able to do that install in 5-6 hours pretty easy!
Nope, that pretty much the setup CJC was running. From a tire rub perspective, I can’t speak to the -10mm and 37 with the 5” flare as we’ve not cycled that but our stuff will install fine!
What, specifically, are you looking to install? Everything?
Should be available now... I have many parts in stock and the remainder on the way! I need to get my A$$ in gear and start the installation instructions as i spent the last 1.5 weeks SLOWLY building this CJC Bronco and documenting the process.
It's more about the position of the travel stroke than it is the lift height. With the coils removed and the front end cylced, our 37 tickles the top of the fender opening, even with the ADV Fenders. With our system, you're maxing the factory CV (and tie-rods if you don't upgrade to ours).
This...
That will likely be too much. That's a full inch more offset than the Wildtrak wheel @ 33mm. You'll either want the Wildtrak wheels or find an aftermarket wheel that's close to them. +30 to +40 would be ideal if you eventually want to find your way into 37s. If you're going to stick to 35s, i'd...
Just finished the CJC Bronco with (mostly) everything we make! Their First edition has the factory sway bar disconnect and rear control arm skids so we skipped our skids and torsion sway bar but the rest of the catalog was thrown at this one.
Absolutely! In fact, my brother in law has a Big-Bend and he's running our SPEC Kings on it. When he asked me about wheels/tires, i told him to find some stock Wildtrak wheels/tires as the offset would be ideal for 37s later (when he's ready to commit to ADV fenders) and the stock 35s are killer...
Really, they only share profile as we operate within the same mounting provision so all products will "appear" similar.
Material differences: Our Arms are 3/4" thickness and more refined, our frame brackets are billet, our sway bar end links will be the biggest difference.
We both use...
So far, it's been installed on the Hoss 2.0 on our 21 Wildtrack and a 21 First edition. The Hoss 3.0 has the same inner tie rod connection so there's no reason i can think that it would not work BUT, we, of course, need to test it in house before making any statement like this.
As for the...
No plans for a disconnect as we're not fans of the function. The balance our bar provides means there's no need to disconnect and reconnect. If you're happy with the on road function of the factory sway bar and don't mind disconnecting, when you're crawling, you can achieve the best of both of...
That's without the sway bar end links. It's $1,325 for the bar with the links on the Super Duty. The F250 is a physically larger unit but same components as the bronco bar. The bar, frame drops and arms are the same material. The arms of the Bronco bar are actually MORE refined with the...
Not sure... We'll see how the show circuit pans out this year. If you're local to pomona, we're a (relatively) short drive to Lake Elsinore. It's here all the time AND we can hot-lap you around in it which we cannot do at the show.
Correct, they will. I am expecting to get Cody's first edition in late this week. On his, i'll be drafting all the product instructions and getting as much media as i can jam in without making my tech crazy.
