All constraint numbers include the USOB (unscheduled order bank) so yes any numbers you are seeing will include the non covp'd orders. 2 separate systems. WBDO (order bank) COVP is another step. Can not COVP from WBDO, the systems do not talk to each other.
Commodity constraint numbers...
the original date was Nov. it was extended to Jan. and now is march 7th. Which is the last day to amend your order if you choose to. NO "purge" was done. It will happen after march 7th
No. sounds like your dealership already COVP'd your order when they were supposed to. Most likely same time you gave your license and signed the build sheet. That is how it is supposed to work.
Dealerships need to upload a signed build sheet and an ID to Ford. That is the COVP process...
also ford gets not part of the ADMS. They have already sold the bronco to the dealership. This makes no sense. Ford wants to build as many orders as possible, the way the customer ordered. This done so they can weed out all the bogus and double orders.
No. But it appears some dealerships even tho are collecting that information has not finished the process. I would assume Chapman is on top of it, especially if they asked for that information.
Some of the 28% will be bogus orders in an attempt to get "in stock" units.
For anyone that has a VIN and order week/day, nothing to worry about. Unless you made a change and you should get the $2500. You do need to make sure they made the change in the COVP system so that Ford can generate your cert. If you made no changes or not enough to qualify for the $2500 and...
Last chance for your dealership to COVP your order! Any non-COVP'd order after March 7th will be automatically canceled and removed from WBDO system.
Double check with your salesman/managers to ensure they have completed the COVP process. Currently 28% of Bronco orders have not been COVP'd...
What information doesn’t it show? It shows what is being scheduled well
In this case what is not being scheduled this week.
No scheduling for Bronco
information given to dealers.
Main constraints:
Hard top = Supplier issue
Sasquatch pkg - specific wheel, specific tire = supplier issue
LUX pkg - microchip issues = global issue.
There is definitely an argument to be had about a plan B with suppliers and not putting all your eggs into 1 basket so to speak on some of the...
I will agree with the fact that the idea of allocations was brought to light afterwards, at least to the public. Dealerships were aware that there would be an allocation, we were just unaware of how they were going to figure it. Every vehicle a dealership receives is based on allocation...
You are waiting b/c they cannot source the necessary parts to build your specific Bronco within the allocations at your dealership of choice. If a build is the same as yours, from the same dealership, then take that up with your dealership. Ford allocated so many Broncos to each dealership...
no guarantees is right. But the dealerships received remaking allocations and what they should be able to get scheduled for 23MY. Broken down for the constrained components. So if your dealership is telling you thatyours should be fulfilled then it’s a good possibility. Of course it is a...
