I ordered the modular bumper, but it just hit me... The Wildtrak capable bumper has fog lights already. If you get the modular bumper instead, do you already have a switch in the wild track for the lights? Or do you have to wire a new one up?
So I was forced to reorder in '22, now am forced to order again for '23. I'm okay with all that, but I originally ordered the modular bumper. I think the capable bumper that comes with the Wildtrak with Hoss 3 in '23 will work fine for me, so I'd like to drop the modular bumper and save the...
Yeah, an admin posted in another thread and confirmed this report. I assume the 7th speaker is a sub. Still, I don't know if that will improve the audio dramatically. Can't hurt it, I guess.
That's interesting. I had asked about ride quality on a Facebook page, and was told by multiple people that Hoss 3.0 would not improve on-road ride quality at all.
Is there a compartment you can open/remove, or would you have to year the plastic apart to get to the sub? (I haven't received my Bronco yet or I'd probably know this.)
There are terms of service when you a service. If those terms say they get to analyze your data in aggregate, and you use that service and agree to the terms, they don't "think they are entitled"... they ARE entitled to your data. You agreed to it, in return for a "free" service.
With that...
I'm not sure what you're talking about. Android 12 had a few glitches when first introduced, but Google always works them out. Android does what it is supposed to do as well, and has some of the best software in the industry, like Google Maps.
Software developer here. Pretty much zero chance of an OTA update upgrading you from Sync to Android Automotive OS. As is typical, you'll be stuck with Sync4 and maybe an upgrade or two before it's "sunset."
This is great news for 2023 model owners, though. Google is excellent about keeping...
With all the issues they've been having, plus the fact Broncos will have Android Automotive next year, I'm happy to wait longer. I wouldn't want one right now.
I saw "stealth", and so was expecting a stealth install for the sub. Super-surprised to see an aftermarket box taking up almost all the trunk. Just curious, why didn't you have a custom box manufactured, possibly in the sidewall above the rear wheel?
I somewhat agree with the retro emblems opinion. In addition, I'll add:
The "cool" color names are going to be forgotten in a few years, and people will be stuck with "blue" and "green" Broncos that aren't as cool as they used to be.
Bronco build quality seems poor, especially for the price...
