I'm an engine brake junky in the mountains. I probably use it more than necessary. After you've driven through the Rockies a few times and every time you smell smoking brakes from people that don't understand this you make it a habit.
The visibility was terrible but it was in an odd way comforting. You felt like you were in a tank. It was the most comfortable off-road capable vehicle I've ever driven on long trips. 14 hours straight through to Moab without fatigue is not a common aspect in a 4x4. And it was far more capable...
I can forgive the 4 door option because just like the removable roof, they never would have produced it if it wasn't for making a 4 door an option. The market isn't there for a 2 door only and the Jeep has proven that it's more successful as a soccer mom car.
Edited for your peeving. Trying to...
What purpose do you need marine grade vinyl for if you don't take the top off? That's why it's an option in the first place. It's not because of dog hair.
The simple fact here is, if they didn't make it a removable top, they never would have produced this vehicle at all. So the only reason why...
I find it absolutely amazing that there are people on here that would say, "Yes, I want a Bronco, but I want it to be everything that a Bronco is not."
So go buy another SUV? There are plenty to choose from. Perhaps a Blazer?
If there was an option for manual seats over power seats and it still cost the same money, I would go with manual. Power seats are so slow and useless. The first time you get your interior rained on because you didn't expect rain that day and your seats will no longer function at all you'll wish...
I don't envy guys taller than 6'5". I have enough trouble with life as it is. Haha
At least you weren't dumb enough to buy a Datsun 260Z like I was. Desire overruled sense. But damn it was pretty and fun.
Uhg that sounds terrible. It's worth noting that there is also a Gladiator in the lot at work and you can guess what drives it based on my previously comments.
I couldn't do one of those for any reason. It's not good at being a Jeep or a truck.
Thankfully the Bronco has the open air cage so...
I'm in Cobb also. There are 8 four door Jeeps in the parking lot at work right now; all women.
I'm 6'5'' and found the interior of the Jeep to be a terrible idea also.
I agree they will. Just like the Jeep. Which is the problem for me. Most of the Jeeps around Atlanta are 4 door and driven by women.
My point is if the only choice was the 4 door they never would have produced the Bronco. The market is already flooded with soccer mom cars.
I'm not exactly the practical type. I don't scrape and rub tires around the city because it's practical. The squatch will happen.
That said, I saw a 4 door Jeep on 37's at the gym a few days ago. There is a point where it gets silly.
Fortunately for the rest of us, being the majority, if that were actually an accurate statement they never would have made the Bronco that we are getting again.
I may yet do the same in they try any stupid crap here in GA. It's a cheap 2 hour flight and I can swing by my family in Kansas on the way back. Not a bad deal at all.
Don't forget that the dealerships in this transaction need YOU! You are not going to their lot to pick out from inventory they have, needing them. They have no inventory. The only way they are going to get them in their showroom to show off to people walking in is to get yours in the door before...
