I think she just said "up to" because she didn't have an exact total. Makes sense as she was probably just reading off whatever materials she was provided. She said she didn't have an exact amount, but the dealer would have that info upon arrival. Probably worded it that way so she wouldn't have...
I'm not gonna question it! They did thank me for buying another Ford and staying part of the "Ford Family" so maybe it's also some sort of loyalty credit? Either way I'll take it, let's just hope my dealer holds it up on their end
From what it seems like, its a MY transition offer. My order was submitted within the hour of order banks opening on 3/27 so I wasn't sure if that would even be eligible for the 23MY transition
Before I changed departments, I was in sales. CarMax used to offer a blank check that you could then write the dealerships name in the recipient line. I had a few customers do this at my dealer. But usually we would match or almost match CarMax, plus in AZ you get tax savings when you trade a...
You and me both! I went all out and for the first time ever ordered a brand new car that was exactly what I wanted. Gonna drive this thing till its dead and ran into the ground, which is why I'm gonna suck it up and bite the bullet on a 70k truck 😅😂
I have the same program #, one Cert #. We'll see if the dealer honors the program, on top of the deal I'm supposedly getting for being an employee of the auto group that owns the Ford store I ordered through
They didn't tell me until I told them I was aware of it, then she put me on hold and returned a minute later with that info. She did state the dealer should have all that info when your Bronco arrives.
The rep I talked to was super friendly and I got connected almost immediately after using...
No clue, she wasnt even gonna tell me about it until I brought it up and said I knew about it. Then she put me on hold and two minutes later she had certificate numbers available for me. Maybe some kind of customer satisfaction or something? Just seemed odd they wouldn't mention it until I...
My 2016 Fusion has an electric brake and I've never had an issue with it. I have a steep driveway and put it on every night when parking for over two years without a single hiccup.
There is a master chart for Price Protection floating around this site. If you didn't have price protection or a deal made at your dealer you'll have to pay the increased price unfortunately. That credit was for existing orders that got converted to leather, not new orders forced to get leather.
Just chatted with Ford support, they stated they're currently working to resolve production delays and estimated that my Bronco should arrive between Aug 25-31 (just in time for my birthday!) so we'll see how it goes!
