  1. What needs to be done to put on 37s?

A Sawzall and black paint. And cursing at plastic body rivets.
  2. Ride Shocks

They finished up my install today and so far, I’m pretty happy. Coming from the Hoss 3.0 WT, I was nervous of the ride quality. We went with the stock weight springs for both the front and back. They set me at a lift height of 3ā€ rear and 3.25ā€ front, expecting both to settle in with the Florida...
  3. Ride Shocks

I’m likely the idiot on the room here regarding suspensions. My question for those that have already done the install us did you mess with the pre-load adjusters or simply bolt these on and go? @AccuTune Offroad for yours, did you lower or raise yours much to soften the tide? I’ll be running...
  4. Ride Shocks

This makes me a bit nervous. I have the stock weight set en route now. Coming from Hoss 3.0 and those super soft Fox coilovers, I hope that these don’t end up being too stiff.
  5. Capable Bumper Parking Sensor P/N

When I did my Capable to Modular swap, I needed part number NU5Z-15K859-DG. My Aug ā€˜23 build has always been picky with what sensors it will accept.
  6. Capable Bumper Parking Sensor P/N

When was yours built? I ran into issues with part numbers on mine because it was a couple weeks after a mid year part switch.
  7. GPE (Gigs Performance Engineering) Ported Throttle Body for Bronco 2.3/2.7/3.0 Ecoboost

I put a larger plate on my gas pedal so now it’s easier to push. Acceleration is smooth and I’d bet I get about 25 extra hp now.
  8. Ride Shocks

This is with the portals installed, right? If not, my 37ā€ KO2s are gonna look like toys!
  9. Ride Shocks

Patience is failing after watching that!!!
  10. Skyrider fun!

Too bad these don’t work with the JTop Bimini.
  11. Ride Shocks

Ordered mine today. Slight backorder but it wouldn’t really be Bronco without it.
  12. Soft Top <--> Hard Top Swap : Tips & Lessons Learned - UPDATED

The bolts are already there. Back them out, place the trim, and re-install the bolts.
  13. Soft Top <--> Hard Top Swap : Tips & Lessons Learned - UPDATED

Those straps can be used when the soft top is all the way open and back to help keep it from flopping or opening. They go around the sides.
  14. Soft Top <--> Hard Top Swap : Tips & Lessons Learned - UPDATED

Doubtful. It seems that all spare parts associated with the swap are in short supply. 2 years ago when we started doing the swaps, parts were next day shipped. Now, I really wish people knew that they need to get these parts from the donor Bronco.
  15. Soft Top <--> Hard Top Swap : Tips & Lessons Learned - UPDATED

If yours is a factory dual top Bronco, there is nothing extra that you need, except a buddy to help lift and install the soft top. I think the dual tops only come with the plastic trim pieces for the hard top. As several have said, it doesn't affect anything to have those pieces off. I...
  16. Soft Top <--> Hard Top Swap : Tips & Lessons Learned - UPDATED

Granted it has been a minute since I've taken a Bronco down this far, but I was convinced that those black pieces had some lateral adjustment. If not, the best way to adjust is to get as many started as possible but leave loose and then adjust the top from fully retracted to fully closed. That...
  17. Soft Top <--> Hard Top Swap : Tips & Lessons Learned - UPDATED

Is the top fully closed or in position 1 or 2? If closed, then consider taking it all the way off again and adjust the black mounting bars behind your 3 bolt bracket.
