If the noise problem is anything like mine, the issue is incorrectly sized weather seals on the roof pieces. My dealership won't do anything about it and I haven't pushed further since. I've been trying to figure out how to seal up the gaps. I have tried pretty much everything posted on this...
My windows will sometimes index up, then back down, if I start the engine with that door open. I haven't had any windows straight up refuse to index back down though. One time the "closed" position on a window set itself to halfway down, but restarting the vehicle fixed it.
Over time I figure my needs will change and it won't make sense to keep my Bronco around. I'm at a point in my life where I can justify having an impractical 2-door SUV as my only vehicle. I can blow money on accessories and off-road trips. Someday I might need something with more cargo capacity...
The 2-door has a cargo challenge for sure, but I knew that when I ordered it. If I really need the space, I'll come up with something other than lugging around an extra two doors all the time.
How does the highway noise with that roof compare with the hard top? Mine is seriously annoying me and the dealership won't do anything about it so I'm looking into alternatives.
The rear door on mine makes a popping noise, but I suspect it will be eliminated when I install a strengthening plate on it. My aftermarket tires are very heavy and I plan to add a gas can as well.
The bigger problem for me is a whistling noise on the highway coming from the hard top. It has...
The problem with news about Bronco issues, and issues anywhere for that matter, is that a lot of it will be a vocal minority. For every person who shares a problem, there are probably hundreds of others who are happy and don't say anything at all. Granted, sometimes there are genuine widespread...
They certainly won't be as durable as a steel housing, but the price reflects that. I want fog lights but don't want to spend an arm and a leg on them. I understand up front that I'm getting what I pay for. I would rather take the gamble getting these lights for less money, so I can put that...
Thank you for pointing this out! To qualify, you have to make an ID.me account and tie it to your 21Offroad account. I just did this and got the lights for $188 including shipping.
This is a genuine question and not a dig at the product: what use is there for only one mat if its length is only 5ft? That isn't long enough for almost anybody to sleep on it.
