I have the same concerns, they will only need access inside the tailgate.
I will remove everything that's not OEM before I have the recall work done.

Since it came from Copart, I'll guess maybe firefighters cut the cables after an accident. Someone "patched" it back together. I can see it's both positive and negative cables and the positive side melted down. Yikes!
I'm not getting a audible (or visual) alert from the app either. Probably would have never noticed if you had not asked about it since the compressor is so loud and it does shut off at the correct pressure setting.
This might be what you are looking for. Doesn't cover the seat backs, but does level it out.

Have you seen this? My battery is still OK, but when the time comes, this might be what I choose.

In my 2023, I did this under Armorlite flooring. Excluded the doors. It's a noticeable difference. Made the sound system better too. If you want to go with an older model and are concerned about cabin noise...
I recently pulled my carpet out and installed Armorlite washout flooring. I'm assuming the OEM washout flooring is not much different. My take on "washout" is with a bucket and sponge, not a hose. There are multiple places where water will run under the floor covering and get soaked up by the...
That's what they told me when I contacted them because my flares and rear bumper had white streaking that I could not remove. "Not for new plastic, it's to be used to restore old, faded plastic." It totally ruined my flares and I had to replace them. Be careful if you use it, a very unforgiving...
When I'm towing, this is what I use, and what I wish I had.
Being able to see the hitch when connecting. The OEM Bronco backup camera works well for this. See below for my Wolfbox setup and why the OEM camera works better for me..
Being able to watch the load on a flatbed trailer. The Wolfbox...
I'm assuming you are asking how much they weigh? Shipping weight was 16.76 for the windows, 35.2 for the side panels, and 39.8 for the shelf. If you are asking about capacity, I don't believe that is stated. They are stout. I suspect they will hold pretty much whatever fits.
I also went with Broaddict. They are very well made and the price was right. I did a simple modification to the shelf so the braces are not required when it is flipped up. I also used a lot of wing nuts so I can remove the panels and shelf easily. No rattles or squeaks...
I broke the drivers side wire connector trying to get it to click and lock. Had the same problem with the passenger side, instead of forcing it, I used some dielectric grease and it solved the problem.
Hereās a picture of mine. Iām not having issues. Maybe disconnecting the battery will clear the fault? If not, Iād check the connections to the ACC.
