Yeah, Boise is nice but unlike the 70's, its just another big, trendy city. We have a Ruth Chris and P.F. Changs for crying out loud.....
But eh, we now have the largest Scheels in the nation with an indoor ferris wheel...........
One other thing, since you are bringing your pup be mindful of your surroundings. As you probably know, Idaho sits on the Yellowstone Caldera. Not everyone know this but if you are traveling HWY 20 there are areas along the side of the road that have hot water quicksand (ask me how I know:))...
If you can find it, pick up the book "Idaho for the Curious". https://www.amazon.com/Idaho-Curious-Guide-Cort-Conley/dp/0960356630
I have traveled all over Idaho and would visit (and still do) places already mentioned:
1. Stanley Basin
2. Craters of the Moon
3. Shoshone Falls
4. Balanced Rock...
Correct, the double honk is when you leave the vehicle with the key in your pocket with the vehicle running the chime is when you enter the vehicle with the key in your pocket. To me both are annoying.
1. Sorry, my driveway is an 11% grade so I didn't even check it. But that grade helped drain the diff.
2. I ordered the bolts that CarbonSteel suggested and reused the, I believe its a silicone gasket. The bolts that came with it are just slightly shorter and they looked like they would have...
Had I know this existed I may have went with it over M2M. That said, the M2M is machined and stout to say the least. With a BAJA AT spare , Tailgate Molle loaded and a RotoPax water container for the pup's, I'm okay with the $$$.
While searching through Forscan I found the following:
Oil Pressure Gage Disabled
Oil Pressure Disabled
Does anyone know if these show up on the dash gauges if enabled?
Thanks, I downloaded the new version, found IPC but had to do the HEX which is fine.
My accomplished list for Forscan (along with Ford's stick one finger in you ear while sticking your tongue out and turning off-and-on garbage for the seat belt chime):
Forscan Changes
Goat Modes
Add Rock...
I had a kid run a 4-way stop and of course its their word against mine. Body shop quoted $965.00 to repair/paint plus a new lower light module ($1,295.00) on my Escalade. 15 minutes with a buffer and you cannot see any damage even up close.
CarbonSteel, if you could post some of your Used Oil Analysis as time goes by it would be interesting to compare as you seem to drive in such varied terrain where most folks don't experience Highway/Trail/Rock Crawl in a single outing.
All, I'm trying to shut off the key in vehicle/door chime but I cannot seem to find it, hex or otherwise. I have a 24 HE and have done Bambi, Double Honk, etc. but the door chime has me stumped.
