  1. Bronco to get EyeQ4 to support Co-Pilot360 - No "Active Drive Assist"

My parents do love their adaptive cruise but I had to convince them it was worth trying even though the car came with it.
  2. Bronco to get EyeQ4 to support Co-Pilot360 - No "Active Drive Assist"

Do you even know what the word liberty means? I have the choice to turn it off or on as I wish. There is no government mandate or law forcing me to use it. I chose to buy a vehicle with options that make my life more comfortable. I have the choice to buy something that suits me without it...
  3. Bronco to get EyeQ4 to support Co-Pilot360 - No "Active Drive Assist"

Woohoo probably seals the deal for me. I don’t understand why anyone prefers to drive themselves on long mind numbing highway slogs. You arrive at the fun places (or home) so much more refreshed with something like this.
  4. Some math to find out delivery timeline for your Bronco

Donā€˜t take this the wrong but what are you even talking about? The Bronco will be a trendy vehicle because being outdoors is trendy right now and it’s cool looking. No one is saying that going outside is new but it is popular right now.
  5. Some math to find out delivery timeline for your Bronco

I believe that. It’s also only been a week and the build and price tool isn’t up. I’m sure plenty of people are waiting until they can actually spec on to see if they want it.
  6. Some math to find out delivery timeline for your Bronco

At the end of the day you’re welcome to believe whatever you want. I know these people in person so I don’t need validation. It doesn’t impact my decision on buying the Bronco just trying to point out why it might be more popular than a lot of people expect.
  7. Some math to find out delivery timeline for your Bronco

I don’t want to come off like an asshole but I don’t think you understand the rich person car market. These are people buying 2nd or 3rd cars not people maxing out their budget on a lease to feel fancy. Who do you think buys Ford GTs or all those ridiculous wranglers? Yeah a normal Ford dealer...
  8. Some math to find out delivery timeline for your Bronco

I agree but also think we could be surprised. My buddy was going to buy a new G Wagen and is thinking about buying a Bronco instead now. I don’t think the Bronco will be confined to the off roader market. I think it could turn into the new LR Defender as they cool car for wealthy folks.
  9. Thoughts on waiting for a 2022 Bronco

Yes it would be smart to wait. If for nothing else there are likely to quirks and issues pop up you didn’t think about. I’m buying a first year but not because it’s a smart purchase. If I was smart I’d buy another lightly used Jeep then wait until I can get a lightly used Bronco in 4-5yrs. For...
  10. When I found out this interior was a fakeout, I decided to hold off for a year

They are both real cars unless they green-screened this video.
  11. When I found out this interior was a fakeout, I decided to hold off for a year

There Is a difference between prototypes people get spy shots of and the press vehicles you launch reservations on. They literally could have re-upholstered both cars in the time they had from the launch delay. This is just sloppy management. I don’t understand why people are making excuses for...
  12. FAQ's I'll attempt to answer with official Ford responses

I did not realize they had lane centering steering when I posted that (aside from the Mach E). If it’s true I will be a happy man. We’ll see how good it is because I believe it’s equivalent to Tesla. I’ve done a 6 hr road trip through SoCal in a Model S and barely had to intervene driving...
  13. FAQ's I'll attempt to answer with official Ford responses

That’s cool! I didn’t realize. I’ll never buy a Mach E but nice to see them stepping it up.
  14. FAQ's I'll attempt to answer with official Ford responses

Oh that’s promising! Hopefully the ordering guide provides clarity.
  15. FAQ's I'll attempt to answer with official Ford responses

You are missing the increment of lane centering. You keep your hands on the wheel but the car keeps you in your lane and steers. It’s not hands free but it’s great on long trips. It comes standard on a Honda Civic and is pretty common across manufacturers. It’s what the Mach E has but you appear...
  16. FAQ's I'll attempt to answer with official Ford responses

Disappointing but what I expect since Ford seems far behind on that tech.
  17. The "Hanging on by a thread" thread.

Eh I’ve never had an issue with a sunroof on any car. That includes my 10 yr old Grand Cherokee which is far from the paragon of build quality.
  18. Recommend SoCal dealer for 2021 Bronco? (MSRP or below and accepts Xplan)

I placed mine with Caruso Ford. They had the best yelp reviews in my area. So far just a phone call saying they’d be in touch when there was more info.
  19. FAQ's I'll attempt to answer with official Ford responses

Does the Lux package have lane centering steering ala Tesla autopilot or is it just lane keep that steers you back in if you drift?
  20. The "Hanging on by a thread" thread.

This is like reading posts from myself. I’d rather have a fixed roof with a big ass sunroof personally. Really I want an American Land Rover Defender that doesn’t spend its life at the dealership like an LR does. The Bronco is close enough that I’ll almost certainly buy one. I look forward to...
