Just installed mine over the factory headliner and gotta say I’m pretty impressed. More of a noticeable difference than I expected. The rear bit was a pain to get on until I thought to tape over the left most Velcro piece to slide it on. Initial do measurements were 69-70db at 60mph on a smooth...
Just to be clear I’m not saying they get EPA, I’m saying they are notably better real world than the V8 plus are faster. Even an extra 3mpg would be 60 miles of range in a Bronco and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was closer to 5mpg better than a 5.0 V8 in a Bronco.
I guess I’m in the minority wanting a hybrid powerboost Bronco. I’ll take better gas mileage and more power please. A Mustang sure give me a V8 but a Bronco I don’t understand the appeal. Maybe it’s living out west where fuel range matters.
Yes, there are times where you are tired and just want to get home. I’d like to point out people who don’t want to use it wouldn’t have to. Also those of you on your high horses about driving are still sitting in a chair in a safety cage. If I want a real man and machine experience I take to two...
Yes, I’d probably sell it for a Braptor.
Do you like to drive sitting in traffic? I don’t know anyone who genuinely loves driving in a traffic jam but you have about 1.5hrs of it to get to trails from where I live.
Saw this on Ford Authority. I’m sure a lot of folks on here will complain about this but Bluecruise probably gets me to buy a new Bronco.
“This tasty tidbit of future product information surfaced via a press release penned by Ford EV digital and design chief Doug Field. He clarified the...
Bunch of old men yelling at the sky on this forum and almost no one watched the video. Lincoln should absolutely build this. The luxury off roader segment is hot right now, Lincoln needs a halo product bad, and the Bronco is a good platform to build it off of. A fixed roof alone would add a ton...
I guess it depends on your definition of compact, the Corolla and Civic still sell fine although IMO they are midsize cars now. There isn’t really any reason to buy something cheaper and smaller plus the automaker margins arent great. It used to be that you had to buy a compact car to decent MPG...
Everyone says that but one one actually buys small economical coupes or sedans. If you cant afford a $40k car you’re almost certainly better off buying a 2-3 year old CPO than some shit box Nissan Versa.
Two reasons I didn’t buy a 2 door.
1) No power seats. I’m tall and the extra thigh support makes a big difference in comfort.
2) Small gas tank. Even the 4 door has poor range IMO. Living out west the 2 door would mean carrying gas just to be safe.
Otherwise I do prefer the looks and would...
I didn’t buy a Wildtrak because it didn’t have all the hero switches filled. If it had a stabilizer bar disconnect one would be in my driveway as I wanted the HOSS 3.0 but I figure easier to add that.
These finally came in and I just had them installed by @Discount Tire. Pretty happy so far. They are indeed noticeably heavier but also MUCH quieter and drive smoother.
