Check out RokBlokz Mud Flaps. Not sure if they have a dedicated Bronco set yet but worth checking. Also change tires. I run a ton of gravel roads with my Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my F250 and am pretty happy with them. They don’t hold too many rocks.
14-15 psi should be perfectly fine. 12-13psi is getting sketchy depending on the terrain. If you’ve got a lot of rocks and side loads on the tires 12-13 might cause an issue and de-bead. But 12-13psi would be fine for the beach. Safe answer? 15psi
40psi is a little high for those 37s IMO. I’d do a chalk test to check tread pattern wear and drop them to 32-35 psi on road. Your ride quality will improve as well
I highly doubt it. Toyo and Nitto make the heaviest 37s on the market. The Nitto Trail Grapplers and Toyo MTs are 84# per tire…that’s HEAVY. Bombproof tires, but heavy. Put it this way, there’s a member here running a 1” leveling kit on his Base Squatch and 37” KM3s with no issues. I’m not a BFG...
There’s a big difference between 37” BFG ATs (Bronco Raptor/F150 Raptor) and 37” Toyo/Nitto/Mickey Thompson/Cooper/Yokohama/Falken tires. 37” BFG ATs weigh 65# and measure 35.5-36” under the weight of most 4 door Jeeps/F150s. True 37s (basically all other manufacturers) weigh anywhere from...
Your best bet is to replace the parts with OEM Ford until a better aftermarket solution presents itself. You’ll probably have to pay out of pocket to get it back on the road. Live and learn and leave obstacles like that to built/beefed up rigs…
I told the sales manager to put my name down for a Bronco Raptor allocation…I’m #2 at my local dealer. We shall see if he gets 2 allocations! He’s getting 3 F150 Raptor allocations for 22’ so I might get lucky
Got on the wait list tonight at my local dealer. I’m #2. We shall see if my dealer gets 2 Bronco Raptor allocations for 22! He’s getting 3 F150 Raptor allocations for 22’s.
X3. BFG KM3 and KO2s are the “smallest” 37s on the market. They run closer to 35.5-36” when mounted on the wheels under the vehicle’s weight. Best bet for 37s on a Sasquatch with minimal lift.
Yep. I’ll be jumping to 37” KM3s once I get my 392XR broken in. GF is switching her order to a Black Diamond 4dr. Sasquatch so I’ll still have a good idea of how they compare wheeling wise. She plans to take her Bronco to Uwharrie when I take my Jeep and wants to make an eventual trip out to...
I jumped ship a while ago…my Rubicon 392XR will be here in about a month. Being built now. Girlfriend has a Bronco on order so I check in from time to time to see how things are going build wise
Pro tip…”small” 37s like the BFG KO2 and KM3 might be the way to go on these Bronco’s to keep from rubbing the frame off road. They run about half an inch to inch smaller than a “true” 37.
