Early adopter Raptor owners here were absolutely heinous people, the kind that pass on the shoulder, left turns from the right lane, kick puppies almost as bad as cybertruck people 😳
I've driven in snow before, *many* years ago, and it was an El Camino in Texas. It was horrifying  And more recently Detroit area in December, which was way less horrifying, being very urban.
Thanks y'all for the comments and suggestions.
Thanks for the memories =) Very helpful to a city slicker ;)
I was already considering swapping the 32" stock tires for 33" K03 at some point, I may consider that sooner.
That dash idol just demands the matching lyrics be added:
You can buy a Sweet Madonna
Dressed in rhinestones sitting on a
Pedestal of abalone shell
Goin' ninety, I'm not wary
'Cause I've got my Virgin Mary
Guaranteeing I won't go to Hell
My personal experience is that I bounce between 91 and 87, depends on how I feel that month. '23 OBX 2.3L automatic
There's a minor difference with 91, but 87/89 has never pinged, or failed passing on the freeway or canyon here.
Been on two cross-country trips with the best Irish Setter you'd ever want to know.
I'm one of those dog guys who'll kneel down to say hi to the neighborhood dogs being walked before their humans - and I get "how did you do that, that dog hates everyone" a lot.
It's not just you. It triggers if you make a hard turn, then spin the wheel straight very fast. The stalk is too heavy for the detent to grab it cleanly.
Outside of my bias against my car taking control away from me... My typical daily starts out cold and straight into heavy street traffic before I get to the freeway. That makes my cold engine turn off and on many times, qualms about starter longevity pale against engine wear in my scenario.
Synchronicity, being a computer geek I was just reading an article on manufacturers trying to get away from CAN bus shackled architecture to the SDV (software defined vehicle) setup.
More than just Ford have abandoned their "do it all now" approach and are shifting to "do it a little at a time"...
I grew up in Los Angeles. Oh, you think the shifting is your ally, but you merely adopted the clutch. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the PRNDL until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding!
Nearest I can get to an answer is CA and AZ no doors is OK, but lack of solid doors will work against you in legal cases (that was from a lawyer site, of course 😉
