No worries, they work almost the same as normal ICE just require a different style of gas tank and injectors. Airbus is also developing a plane to run on Hydrogen based on this idea. So its still a starting technology but with time it might be what we use in the future.

I mentioned this as well you can also use hydrogen in ICE cars or batteries plus its near limitless in terms to how much we have and can get. Plus its a much more stable environmentally friendly fuel.
