I wonder the same thing. I hated the ride in the 1 ton when the rears where air up for towing but the trailer was unhooked. I couldn't imagine driving the Bronco at 80 psi. Would be like having stone tires.

You only need to run the high PSI if you need the load rating. I have the same tire on my F150 that I had on my F350. On the 1 ton the rears were at 80 psi pulling the 5th wheel and 50 psi empty. On the F150 I run 33 psi empty. Air down the E's and do the chalk test to test for an even footprint...
