There is no more reservation system in place. Absolutely you can order a 2022 Bronco without a reservation as of this past Wednesday. You could had ordered a 21 model last week too. They are building “buildable” Broncos as fast as they can. And If you want one quicker, order a 2.3L Big...
Haha. Sorry about that. Yes im a dealer. I always build customers orders to match the the B&P as part of my “checks and balances” to make sure I don’t mess up and leave something off accidentally. I do know that WBDO was having issues today but I just experienced “timeout “ issues...
IMO the reason they had to start producing “stock” units is that with shortages of chips, parts, etc. Ford has to keep the assembly line rolling everyday and since so many orders were for higher package units they instructed dealers to build “buildable” units that would be pulled at a last...
The $100 Ford deposit is setting in your selling dealers account set up for the deposits. And not all dealerships charged extra deposits. I’m sure a lot did but not all.
Not trying to place doubt on anyone but the formula that Granger posted a few days ago...has anyone actually seen this in a direct message from Ford? or is it hearsay from Granger after speaking to someone with Ford? just wondering how official this formula is...cause I have not seen anything...
And here is the question that has been asked by so many smaller dealerships for years! You can't grow your marketshare without product...As a smaller dealer, it is very frustrating for sure.
I can understand the frustration completely. Unless you build a base Big Bend with a 2.3L, there is really no reason or rhyme how one gets pulled vs the another...we did have two of our oldest 2 door Badlands pull this week and they were both loaded so I am hoping this is a good sign things may...
I believe it will be close to $3k to $5K...we had to replace the soft top on our mannequin due to transportation damage and just the frame and top canvas part of top was almost $5k dealer cost through our parts department...I hope I am wrong and they find a way to sell them at a lesser cost but...
This if your lucky....here in the South we see up to 6 weeks sometimes after build date...not speaking just about Bronco's but all lines...especially the Bronco Sports
If you haven't opted out yet and haven't gone to a "off-Roadeo" yet, I strongly suggest you do before you cancel. It's a great time and really helps with the decision to wait imo....but it may not be that way for you....
Our second FCTP Bronco is soon to arrive and of course it’s a Big Bend, 2.3L with the 3.73 gears. Has anyone mounted 35”s on theirs yet with this combo? Wondering if it will be a little to much for this Setup.
We have a BB 2.3L Manual 4 door soft top that is previewing this week and she didn't reserve it until 30 days ago...she is a lottery winner for sure...ha
