    I cleaned it with 70% alcohol then lightly wet sanded 400 grit don't sand too much you don't want to remove any existing paint. Then cleaned it again and sprayed it two to three coats of each.

    Thanks, yes crash bars removed no rub. I will be doing some off roading but not alot if I need I will add more lift. Just trying to maintain the factory ride as much as possible. Actually with the 37's it's a little better then the factory ride.

    Thanks, no rub on the street. Haven't been off road yet but did flex it and at the point when the rear tire loss contact the tire just touched the front crash bar bracket at full lock. rash bars were removed

    Thanks it was just all Rust Oleum self etching primer, satin black and satin clear coat it's been done for a few months and seems to be holding up well.

    Yes the 37's gave it a nicer ride and the BFG's are c rated so that contributes to the softer ride.

    Thanks I actually had to do it. I ran into a shopping cart and knocked the B out of Bronco so I came up with that instead of paying $500 for a new grill.
