As far as I can tell, no. None of the marketing materials so far suggest it will be an option. Though I really wish 33s would be an option across all trims.
I doubt it, but I hope I am wrong. Black Diamond w/ 33ā ATs and 2.7L would be my build of choice as well, in terms of balancing capability and my budget. The Badlands is a little pricier than I can justify and has more off road capability than I will likely use.
Yeah I would assume there would have to be some allowances for some people to back out and it not kill the deal for everybody else. When dealing with a bunch of strangers from the internet you canāt assume everyone is going to see this all the way through, itās just out of your control.
If practicality is your biggest concern, I would go with the Bronco Sport. The Bronco is less of a āpracticalā vehicle for most than it is a āfunā vehicle, especially if you donāt really need the off-road capability. The Bronco Sport will be cheaper, have less road noise, probably drive better...

I had a Jeep Wrangler years back and never put a cover on the spare. I donāt recall there being any issues from leaving it uncovered, but it was 15 years ago so my memory may be a little hazy...
