  3. Subjective red flags I see... now that I've had some time to let the hype settle in...

I agree wholeheartedly. All the talk of “posers” gets rather tiring, and I frankly don’t like seeing it on this forum. Does it really take away from your enjoyment of your own vehicle to see a soccer mom driving one too? If driving one makes her happy, let her enjoy the Bronco too! And as far...
  4. Anyone else checking out the new Jeep vehicles?

Agreed, they whiffed big time on the design.
  5. 2 door vs 4 door take rate pre-order reservation stats

That’s a good point that the sales ratio will likely shift over time as sales shift from us early-adopters to “everyone else”, given that our buying preferencesare not necessarily the same as the general public, on average. I hadn’t quite thought about that way.
  6. 2021 Bronco Build & Price pre-launch waiting room

Words can have different meanings depending on the context in which they are said. Yes in your example, you better believe I am walking in at 7:55. However, in the context of Mike’s statement on Twitter, he meant they were trying to get B&P done in August, but if not, it’s definitely coming out...

  9. So much for Build and Price by Sept?

Yeah he said “by September”, not “by September 1st”. So... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  10. 2021 Bronco Build & Price pre-launch waiting room

Well, he didn’t say “by September 1st”, so they could technically make us wait up to another 30 days... ?
  11. .

I mis-read “axle” as “ankle” the first 3 times that I read that sentence. I’m sitting here scratching my head trying to figure out how your brother managed to break his ankle using a front locker. ? Obviously, I need to get off this forum and go to bed...
  12. Why did you get a Bronco?

Though my current bottle opener still works fine and cost $45k less, this new bottle opener has 4 wheel drive and a removable roof. Seems worth it.
  13. 2 door vs 4 door take rate pre-order reservation stats

Often manufacturers consider data like this (the breakdown of sales among various models) to be a trade secret and often will not divulge it. Wouldn’t surprise me if Ford keeps the numbers close to the vest. I heard a figure (not sure how accurate) that recent Jeep models are somewhere in the...
  14. Wildtrak vs. Badlands.. (Post Pricing survey).. Which one works better for your lifestyle? Why?

Between the two, I like the BL for the washout interior, and 35” tires would be overkill for my use anyways.
  15. Rooftop tent that replaces the panels?

Haha I agree with you that would be a cool idea... I just don’t think Ford is doing it.
  16. Rooftop tent that replaces the panels?

I seriously doubt that is a RTT in the picture . A lot of the test mules looked like that, it is just pre-production or part of the camouflage for the early test units.
  17. If you had to pick, Sasquatch or 2.7?

This will be my DD and off-roading will only be something that I do occasionally. The 2.7L would be something that benefits me everyday, whereas the Sasquatch package is something that I would only be beneficial on rare occasions. And you can certainly get by off-roading just fine with the...
  18. Anyone have Good Photos of 33" vs 35" Tires????

Yeah the 33’s are still plenty thicc. Honestly, I like the look of the 33’s better. The 35’s look a touch too beefy to me.
  19. Anyone have Good Photos of 33" vs 35" Tires????

Renderings, not photos, but here you go: 33” 35”
